Bills placed WR Donald Jones (ankle) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Coach Chan Gailey conceded that Jones had just an "outside chance" of playing again late in the year after sustaining a second serious ankle injury. Jones finishes the season with a 23/231/1 line in eight games. Having yet to prove himself as a reliable option opposite Stevie Johnson, Jones will face competition for his starting job in 2012.
