Erno laszlo

Ne avete mai sentito parlare o li avete mai provati i suoi prodotti? Per me sono eccezzionali!
ecco una parte della linea:

Io devo ancora provarlo ma dicono che questo contorno occhi è super!

I've heard of them, its been around forever, excellent products .... VERY EXPENSIVE. I hear it's a nice line, very serious. Never tried any of their products though.

Sono andata sul sito che mi hai detto e li ci sono i prodotti Cellex-C che provengono dalla stessa casa di Erno laszlo (Finmark) ma è una linea diversa, ancora più potente ma molto, molto più costosa ( per es. confezione 2 sieri antietà = 200,00 € e su quel sito si risparmia abbastanza rispetto le profumerie) eccoli:




la finmark ha prodotto anche una nuova linea di trucchi "I makeup" ho provato il mascara (e non mi è piaciuto tanto) e un balsamo labbra peeling/volumizzante: il peeling è ottimo ma il volume non l'ho notato (io però non lo uso 3 volte al giorno come consigliano)

Cellex-C is a serious serum, and widely used. I use the TNS Recovery Complex (from Skin Medica) as my serum (it's $123) and I buy a less expensive moisturizer. I've heard mixed reviews on the Cellex --as with any other product. By the way, the website ships internationally, and they send you SO MANY samples, that it's more than makes up for the shipping costs.

If you read my new post on "daily regimen" you can see that I use a serum (that's where I spend most of my money) for the fine lines. It's worth investing in a good serum if you can afford it. Not sure about the Cellex though -- it's a lot of money. I'm trying the moisturizer from Skin Medica, its very very good, incredibly sheer.

This is what Paula Begoun (The Cosmetic Cop) stated about the Erno Laszlo and Cellex-C products. Her reviews are based on interviews with many users, and is fairly objective:

Erno Laszlo
Throughout its history, the Erno Laszlo line has had more owners than Elizabeth Taylor has had husbands. The company changed hands yet again in 2002, when Cradle Holdings, a new cosmetics entity created under the private equity firm Fox Paine, purchased it. At the helm of this operation is Robert Nielson, the former Group President of Estee Lauder Companies. Considering his pedigree and 40+ years of experience, one would think he would jump right in and begin overhauling the antiquated aspects of this line. However, although some outdated skin-care products have been discontinued, it appears as though the standard principles of Dr. Laszlo's skin-care routine and history are still intact.

Active pHelityl Soap for Dry and Slightly Dry Skin ($23.00 for 6 ounces) is a standard, tallow-based bar of soap with the same ingredients found in all soaps. This one does contain some plant oil, but that won't help the dryness caused by the other ingredients. This is a lot of money for a very ordinary bar of soap.

Conditioning Preparation for Oily to Extremely Oily Skin ($28.00 for 6.8 ounces) is almost pure alcohol, and very irritating to the skin, plus it contains resorcinol, which makes this product a serious skin irritant.

Retinol Reparative Therapy ($87.00 for 1 ounce) is just another retinol product, and an exceptionally overpriced one at that. Given this formulation, there is no reason to consider it over L'Oreal's, Neutrogena's, or Cetaphil's, all of which are just as good for one-eighth the price, and their products are contained in more airtight packaging (which keeps the retinol stable).

Cellex-C
The information on Cellex C's Web site states that L-ascorbic acid "is the one vitamin that doctors and dermatologists agree can speed wound healing, protect fatty tissues from oxidation damage, and play an integral role in collagen synthesis." That statement is completely erroneous. Not only isn't there a consensus among any group of physicians regarding which vitamin is the best for skin (there is abundant research about vitamin E and vitamin A, too), but also there's a battle among various physicians who sell vitamin C skin-care products as to which form of that vitamin is the best.

Eye Contour Gel ($51.00 for 0.5 ounce) is a good combination of antioxidants and water-binding agents that would be very good for normal to slightly dry skin.

Fade-Away Gel ($55.00 for 0.84 ounce) contains no ingredients that can cause anything to fade away. It is similar to the Eye Contour Gel above and the same comments apply.

Betaplex Clear Complexion Mask ($39.50 for 2 ounces) contains several problematic plant extracts, including peppermint, menthol, orange, lemon, and eucalyptus, and that makes it too irritating for all skin types. It is not recommended.
